Cuba – Reprise

Howdy everyone,

For the past 39 weeks, I’ve posted a weekly article on some aspect of travel. I have not run out of material just time due to what else, travel!! So in honor of our Cuba exhibit opening this Thursday August 4 at the PhotoMidwest studio, 700 Rayovac Drive, Madison, Wisconsin. The exhibit consist of 28 images by 14 photographers who traveled to Cuba this past February. The opening begins at 7 PM and will include a program and presentation of photos not included in the exhibit. There will also be refreshments including mojitos! Come join the fun.

So this week, I’m referring readers back to the several posts I made from our Cuba trip. Below are links to those posts, as I read them I enjoyed the trip all over again.

I’ve also included some photos in this post, some are repeats and others are new.

Last week, we had our Cuban photographer guide here in Madison. He told us the best tourist attraction in Cuba is the Cuban people. They are so happy! This dancer is but one example.

I almost didn’t recognize you as I was not expecting it. I fell last money at the cottage down two stairs and sprained both ankles. I am just starting to be able to walk more. I was carrying too much and missed the step. Dumb.
